UBL Digital Awareness Campaign

Project Overview:

United Bank Limited sought to address the skepticism around digital banking and encourage adoption by creating an approachable, user-friendly digital experience. The challenge was to simplify complex banking concepts and build trust while driving engagement with UBL’s digital products.

The Challenge

Digital banking was perceived as complex and untrustworthy, with many customers hesitant to embrace it due to:

  • Tech Hesitancy: Customers feared making mistakes online.
  • Trust Issues: Preference for physical receipts and a lack of confidence in digital security.
  • Low Engagement: Existing campaigns didn’t excite or attract attention.

To offer financial freedom to women and increase the inclusion, we launched Urooj Account

Urooj is a synonym of 'The Rise' and we want women to rise independently with financial literacy.
